In just few days, seven days to be specific, Adobe is releasing Premier pro on iPhone (the expected launch date is September 30, 2025). It will be free to download and use, although some extra features (e.g additional cloud storage or generative AI/Flyfire credits) may cost extra. However, free version still offers multi-track timeline with unlimited video, audio, and graphics layers. It’s also expected to have automatic captions, 4K HDR compatibility.

Unfortunately, Android users may not enjoy the early party as there is no announcement of the Android version yet. It’s under development.
Here are the highlights of the mobile premier pro:
- Multitrack Timeline
- Access to Adobe Assets
- Cross-device workflow
- Free to use
- AI-powered features (Speech enhancement, sound effect generation, image-to-video.
With fame and stature of Adobe Premier pro in video editing space, do you think Capcut is ready to lose a chunk of its market share? Let’s wait and see.
